Adding Logs

You can add logs in 4 ways:

1. Manually on the admin panel

  1. Go to Teacher Logs > Add (Logs)
  2. Select the start date, the end date and the teachers you want to add the logs for
  3. Click
  4. Scroll down to fill in the times and save.

2. Import logs via CSV

  1. Go to Teacher Logs > Add (Logs)
  2. Select the start date, the end date and the teachers you want to add the logs for
  3. Click
  4. Edit the values and save the file
  5. Click
  6. Choose the saved file that you just edited and click Upload.

3. Live on the teacher portal

  1. During the working hours, the teachers will see a log form on their teacher portal dashboard to instantly log their times. If they arrived or left at a different time, they can specify it. An admin will need to approve the timings if it was changed as this is a live logging system.
  2. Teachers can also go to "My Logs" and add logs of other days.
  3. In the settings, under Teacher Portal you can set how many minutes it will adjust the log time by. This is useful if the teachers can only use the teacher portal in class and the actual arrival time or leaving time will not reflect the time they leave or arrive.
    For example, you can set log in adjust time by 2 minutes if it takes the teacher 2 minutes to arrive in the class. And you can set the log out adjust to 5 minutes if the teacher has to leave the class 5 minutes early for duties or whatever reason.

4. Via the App Kiosk system

  1. Download the app on an android tablet device on https://app.ibeuk.org
  2. After logging into the app, go to Administration > Launch Teacher Logger
  3. This is for logging instant live times.
  4. The log in adjustment in settings as described earlier will apply to this method of entry as well.
