Security

SMS are sent directly to the SMS provider. SMS processed using the smart phone app are fetched directly from the IBEAMS server using SSL.

Delivery Guarantee

Deliveries are guaranteed by the SMS provider and cannot be tracked or guaranteed by the IBEAMS system. Most SMS providers issues credit for failed deliveries or do not charge it.

SMS credits expiry is subject to the provider's terms & conditions.

Storage & Logs

SMS message text, recipient mobile number and time logs are all kept on your system accessible through login only. We do not store this on the sending API system on our end.
