Setting class timings/lessons

  1. When adding or editing a class, after the class information will be the class schedule.
  2. To add items, fill the form specifying the days, timing and duration.
  3. IMPORTANT If registers are taken, you MUST TICK the "Register is taken" checkbox for every lesson/day being added.
  4. Once added, it will be listed under the form. NOTE: It's not been saved yet. You've only populated the schedule. You have to click SAVE at the end of the page to save the class and schedule.

Register not showing for teacher?

If the schedule does not show the following, you've not done it right.

How to fix:

  1. For the first schedule, e.g. Monday, click "Edit"
  2. Go up to the form and tick "Register is taken"
  3. Click "Update Timing"
  4. Repeat for every other day in your schedule
  5. When done, go the bottom of the page and click "Save" to save the entire schedule. If you miss this step nothing will be changed.
Below are the possible causes:
  • Class schedule is not set
  • If set, the "Register is taken" option was not selected.
  • The wrong teacher has been assigned to the class or schedule. Remember, you can set different teacher for different class timings.
  • Holidays may be set for the dates you are checking the register for.
  • The Academic year may have finished or not started.
