Adding Registers

There are multiple ways to add registers for students.

1. Admins add register

  1. Go to Register > Daily Register OR Monthly Register
  2. Choose Class
  3. Select month
  4. Click Entry Mode

From here you can fill the register as needed and save. You must click save at the end.

2. Teacher's can add register

  • Set up Teacher Portal
  • Teacher's can now add daily register easily by clicking on the month, choose the day and then...
  • Every student is automatically marked as present, the teacher only needs to click the "present" switch to absent for absent student or "late" switch to mark as late. Then save.

3. Teacher's add register from the Tablet/Phone app (offline supported)

  • Using the Android app (https://app.ibeuk.org) the teacher can complete their class registers offline (no need for internet).
  • Once the device is back at the office, you can connect it to WiFi and synchronise the register with the servers.
  • You can use multiple devices and set with classes show on each device.
