What is Host on IBEUK?

• If you don't have your own web site....
• Or you don't have access to your web site to provide the portals to teachers/parents....
• Then we can host the file for you.

This means instead of uploading it to your own server/web site so they can access the portals on your official web site, they would access the portal on our URL.

As explained in the previous topic (please check this topic if you've not done so first), instead of parents and teachers accessing the server via https://www.myschool.com/teachers they will instead go to https://portal.ibeuk.org/your-school-name (where "your-school-name" will be something you choose.

Although many school are using our hosted solution, it is recommended you host the file for professionalism and trust.

To request us to host the file, use the form on the download page for the portal in question and provide your preferred folder name. This is the word that is added after portal.ibeuk.org/[chosen-word-goes-here]
