How to send us the GoCardless Webhook

1. Log into GoCardless and go to Payments

2. Once you've clicked on the payments, find the payment in question and click it

3. Once the payment is open, scroll down to Payment History and click on "Show Webhook Events"

4. The events link will show up for each webhook sent in the status, click the one in question. Usually it's Failed or Complete.

5. Scroll down to "Webhook Events" and click the event that's listed.

1. Copy the entire code in the request labelled under "Body {" and paste it into the form below under "REQUEST" of the form below
2. Then copy the entire Response code labelled "Body {" and paste it into the form below under "RESPONSE"
3. Provide the system URL and the Ticket ID. You can get the ticket ID here:
