There are multiple ways to delete invoices on the system.
1. From the student fees page:
Search the student name in the search box. Press enter
If you used the main search, go to Fees OR if you used the fees search box, click his name.
Click the trash icon under each invoice to delete it
2. Mass delete invoices
You can also mass delete invoices by date from Fees Dashboard > Delete Fees/Invoices *(button at the top)
Delete invoices by period start date and/or end date
You can select whether or not to delete the fee payments received for those invoices.
You can type in the ID's of the students you want to delete the invoices for separated by commas. E.g. 23,27,45
To confirm the delete operation, you must type in your name exactly as it appears in your profile. Or in the top right corner.
3. Future invoices for left/relocated students.
If a student leaves and no longer owes any future invoices, you can delete them when editing the status of the student. When changing the status from "Current" to "Left" or any other left type status, you will get the options to delete all upcoming invoices
Note: You will only get these option on the student edit page under the status after you change the status.
If you do not do it on this page, you will have to delete the future invoices manually from the student fees page.
