Event - Overview

You can add events and trips here and assign students/classes to the events for parents to opt-in here. It supports timeslot selection, payment collection or simply attendance of the event management.
  • Teachers can also view the event
  • Admins can also opt-in the contacts/parents to the event from the admin system
  • Manage payments of events
  • You can assign and unassign students to the events at will
  • Once you've added the event, it will not be available to parents if the event is not active and if you have no assigned students to it.
  • Events are assigned to students only, not the parents or teachers.
