Opting-In to Events

  1. You can click on the Event on the admin system and scroll down to the student and opt them in. You can also select the timeslot if it's available.
  2. Teachers can view the event and opt-ins including the timeslots selected but they cannot opt-in for the parents.
  3. Teachers cannot see if the parents have paid or not.
  4. Parents can go to Events and opt-in for each student separately. The first available timeslot is assigned automatically but the parents can select a different timeslot. The timeslot will become unavailable for the rest of the class but will be available for other classes. A timeslot is taken per class.
