Opting-In to Events
- You can click on the Event on the admin system and scroll down to the student and opt them in. You can also select the timeslot if it's available.
- Teachers can view the event and opt-ins including the timeslots selected but they cannot opt-in for the parents.
- Teachers cannot see if the parents have paid or not.
- Parents can go to Events and opt-in for each student separately. The first available timeslot is assigned automatically but the parents can select a different timeslot. The timeslot will become unavailable for the rest of the class but will be available for other classes. A timeslot is taken per class.
