Adding an Event
• An an Event Name
This is what the teachers and parents will see when viewing available events.
• Select Date & Time
This is the date the event will take place and the time it will start.
• Duration
How long the event will last. If it's over multiple days, you can add the days there also.
• Deadline for Opt-In
Parents will be able to opt-in their children to determine whether the they or the child will attend the event or not. If there's a deadline they must opt-in by, it must be specified here.
• Deadline for Payments
If you will be setting a price later in the form for this event and there's a deadline you must receive the payments by, please specify this here. After this date they will not be able to pay for the event even if they opt-in. Usually, the opt-in deadline and payment deadline date is set to be the same but not required.
• Description
This is all the information about the event itself such as activities, location information and other vital information.
• Enable timeslot selection support
This will enable timeslots to be selected by parents which they can change depending on the intervals. You can set the timeslots to be at different times on different days if the event lasts multiple days. When a timeslot is selected by a parent, the timeslot will become unavailable for the rest of the class but will be available for other classes. A timeslot is taken per class.
• Consent Form Agreement
They must agree to these terms in order to opt-in if you selected it's required. So for options such as lunch options you can make the selection not required. For liability consents you should make it required. Etc.
• Item Pricing
This is simply a breakdown of the costs. A total invoice will created. You cannot create selectable options such as "Vegetable Meal: £5.00" "Lamb Meal: £6.50" - This is not currently possible. If you require this, please send a feature request and we will update the feature.
