Fix Issues:

Errors can occur if:
  • You didn't properly migrate the students and simply added them to a class creating 2 classes. The system supports multiple classes so the student can technically be in multiple classes.
  • For some reason, the end date did not record when moving a student.
  1. Under the Fix drop down at the top you can:
  2. Fix the count of all class students in the class. Sometimes the numbers don't match when a student is removed or his class has ended.
  3. You can fix the entire class history of every student for the current academic year. This is useful if you need to modify multiple students. Here's how it works:
    • You can set 3 dates you want to use in the class history. For example, you need to set certain students start date to 5th September and some to 8th September. You can specify 5th on Date 1 and 8th on Date 2.
    • If you need to view a certain class only, you can filter it in the Class drop down
    • Then, tick and untick all the students that apply to the date
    • Then scroll back up and click the buttons "Class Start Date to 2023-09-05" to set the ticked students date to that date specified.
    • Then go back to the top and select Date 2 and tick the students that apply to this date. Again, click the button "Class Start Date to 2023-09-08"
    • There will be a blue icon at the end which means the records need saving.
    • Click Save at the bottom and you're done
    • You can also manually edit the dates and delete records from this page.
  4. Fix Student Classes. You can use this page to fix the student class that show under their name if it doesn't match the class history.
